Where in Port St Lucie is the community located?

Bella Vista is conviently located ½ mile East of US1 and Savannah Club Blvd. I-95 and the Turnpike are within a 10 minute drive. We are a few miles North of the new Port St Lucie Civic Center and within minutes of the Treasure Coast Mall, Tradition Stadium, and an array of shops and restaurants. The beaches are also a mere 15 minute drive from the community.

Are pets welcomed?

Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a 2 pet limit per apartment home, with no weight limit. Certain breed restrictions do apply, as well as a reasonable pet fee & pet deposit upon move in.

What do I need to qualify for an apartment with Bella Vista?

Each person applying over the age of 18 must complete a rental application. Bella Vista will review the credit and criminal background for approval. Proof of income is required and each applicant must make 3 times the monthly rent.

What lease terms are offered?

We offer 3 – 13 month leases. Short term lease premiums apply. Furnished apartments available upon request.

What is included in the apartment home?

Full size W/D connections (rental of W/D is available), Frost free refrigerator with ice-maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, walk in closet, split floor plan on the 2 bedroom, vaulted ceiling (in select units), screened in patio, additional bonus den, vertical blinds, linen closets and ceiling fan.

Does Bella Vista offer Resident Referrals?

YES! We will gladly pay $100 for any referral, whether you are a current resident with us or not. Simply have the new resident make sure they provide us with your information and we’ll mail you a $100 check upon move in.

Does Bella Vista offer employer discounts?

We do offer discounts to certain employers/companies in the area. Please inquire with the leasing office for details.
