Q. What are the qualifications for leasing an apartment home?
A. We run a credit and criminal background check on all residents over the age of 18. Proof of income is required and each applicant must make at least 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent.

Q. What are your lease terms?
A. 3, 6, 7, and 13 month leases.
